However\, in today's fast paced\, data driven environment\, fostering a culture that embraces the creative process can be hard. While many associate creativity with the arts\, any organization and discipline can benefit from a strong creative process.  \n\n \n\nIn this workshop you will explore:\n\n  The nature of creativity\n\n  How to develop your creative mindset and apply it\n\n  Approaches to manage the process and encourage creativity in teams\n\n  Strategies for promoting and building support for concepts\n\n \n\nParticipants will leave with a toolkit of resources to refer to and share with others. \n\n\n\nSpeaker: Glenn Karwoski\, Adjunct Faculty\, University of St. Thomas\n\n\n\nAbout the DRIVE Leadership Laboratory\n\nLeaders aren't born   they're made. That's why the Minneapolis Regional Chamber and University of St. Thomas are combining forces to bring the region a new type of event. The DRIVE Leadership Laboratory connects acclaimed professors and instruction from the University of St. Thomas to the Minneapolis Regional Chamber's young leaders group\, DRIVE\, to offer a comprehensive training on topics paramount to the emerging workforce.
