DESCRIPTION:The MN Skills-Based Hiring Practices Accelerator is a program done in partnership with Goodwill Easter-Seals\, St. Paul Area Chamber\, and Twin Cities SHRM. Our half day workshop is a nationally recognized delivery model and is a SHRM certified activity (CEU codes are sent to participants in the post-event email). \n\n\nThe workshop is the hallmark of our Accelerator Program and follows the full lifecycle of an employee: job descriptions\, interviewing\, orientation\, onboarding\, professional development / upskilling and finally offboarding.  \n\n\n\nParticipants are able to walk away with a clear understanding of what skills and competencies are versus credentials and certifications and where there are opportunities to make these changes at their company.  \n\n\n\nOur curriculum additionally includes system-change coaching which assists participants at all levels of a company the ability to walk away from the workshop with best practices in hand to take back to their leadership with a case for skills-based practices grounded in data. \n\n\n\nHave questions or want to talk individually about your company's needs?
