mspWellness: Employee Wellbeing: Solving the Engagement Gap
Employers have invested billions in wellness programs to challenge and reward employees for healthy behaviors. However, employee interest and engagement are oftentimes not sustained long-term.
In this session, we’ll examine how to inspire employees to learn the skills of wellbeing and drive them to engage with company-provided wellness and benefits programs.
Attendees of this event will:
- Learn to identify common issues on why one-off wellness solutions fail to engage
- Examine the employer’s role in supporting an employee’s total wellbeing
- Explore a holistic framework for wellbeing education and how to connect it to related programs
- Examine best practices for creating effective wellbeing educational content.
mspWellness is a partnership between the Minneapolis Regional Chamber and the Minneapolis Health Department. mspWellness provides enrolled companies with tools, resources and technical-assistance to create healthier work environments.
Cancellations must be received 3 business days prior to the event for a refund. All no shows will be billed. Substitutes are accepted.
