STEP 1: PREPARATORY ASSESSMENT on where you are, where you want to be, and what have been your challenges so far, and what you want to focus on in the course.
 
STEP 2 - SUSTAINMENT PLAN - stay on course as you implement. It is very unlikely that you will be able to, or need to, implement everything we cover on the course immediately. However, you will need to implement aspect at some point, which is why it is important we stay in touch. It is easy to forget most of what one learns on an online course once daily life takes over, and for you to benefit from the course, the content needs to remain on your radar long-term.
The course includes a one-month weekly check-in to ensure you are able to implement all aspects of the course.
