Member Event: Strength in Nutrition with Rachel Miklya

Join 9 Mile Brewing and Strength in Nutrition on Saturdays from 9:30-10:30 AM for a fun workout! Your workout will consist of a combination of strength training and interval training using your bodyweight. Progressions and regressions will be offered to personalize the workout for individual fitness levels. Leave feeling uplifted and empowered!

Price of this class is $15, and that includes a Beer after your class if you desire.

Note: All are welcome, but must be +21 in order to consume alcohol.
