MN Skills-Based Hiring Accelerator Workshop: February

Offered monthly around the MSP region, these half-day workshops will help your company or organization jump start your skills-based practices.  Accelerator participants receive training and tools to allow employers to:​

• Rebuild their hiring process with a skills and competency-based approach by focusing on candidates’ capabilities rather than credentials

• Improve retention by rebuilding job descriptions, interview processes and onboarding practices

• Increase diversity among their workforce using data-driven tools that lead to more equitable hiring processes

• Network with talent-sourcing organizations as a key solution to talent shortages.​

Our half day workshop is a nationally recognized delivery model and is a SHRM certified activity.
