Digital Bash4Guild

We are committed to the health and safety of our clients, staff, and community. With that in mind, Guild has decided to replace our in-person Bash4Guild with a digital Bash4Guild! This decision was based on the evolving COVID-19 situation and the belief that by acting now, we can reduce further harm. We did not want to cancel the Bash4Guild all together, so our teams worked hard to find a solution. And the solution was to take the Bash online! We need your help now more than ever. With the COVID-19 pandemic, the majority of our clients are experiencing a great loss of resources. Our clients, who are living with mental illness and/or experiencing chronic homelessness, are going without necessary supplies to live safely during this time. From going without cleaning products and toilet paper to losing in-person social support, they are experiencing extreme hardship. While Guild cannot change what is happening in the world, we can work to change the lives of those we serve. This is exactly what the Bash aims to do. The purpose of the Bash is twofold. First, it raises money for Guild's Youth ACT Services. The ACT team works directly with young people experiencing mental illness in our communities. Second, the Bash spreads the message that mental illness is nothing to be ashamed about. In fact, 1 in 25 Americans have a serious mental illness. It’s more common than most people think. Together, we can make a difference.
