DRIVE Roundtable: Public Safety in the City

Crime is down in the city of Minneapolis overall, but recently,downtown has experienced a spike in late-night violent crimes. The Mayor’s office, Chief of Police and the leadership in the city’s five precincts are working to find a solution. Michael Sullivan, Inspector of the MPD’s 1st Precinct will talk about the facts, approaches to crime reduction and how citizen and employees working in downtown can be safe and understand their role in crime prevention.
