Corporate Social Responsibility Seminar: Employee Engagement & Volunteerism
Employee Engagement & Volunteerism:
Drive connection & belonging through meaningful employee volunteer programs
Employees want more from their work than a paycheck. Meaningful contributions and a sense of greater purpose are key drivers for why employees choose to stay in a job. Volunteer service can provide opportunities for employees to achieve purpose both in their company and community. In addition, strong volunteer programs help employees develop new skills, support a culture of inclusion and belonging and build strong ties with the community. Our panel will discuss best practices and ways to start or enhance your company’s volunteer program

Series Description
A strong Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program creates value for the community and increases business performance. From customer trust and loyalty to employee satisfaction and inclusion, social responsibility programs are a critical part of a successful business model. In this three-part summer series, attendees will learn about trends, innovations and best practices in CSR, while also connecting with peers. The Minneapolis Regional Chamber is happy to partner with Increase Your Good to offer the series as part of the Chamber’s Minnesota Keystone Program, whose mission is to promote corporate philanthropy by recognizing and honoring companies that donate at least 2 percent of their pre-tax earnings to charitable organizations.
