DRIVE Leadership Lab: Creative Problem Solving

History has shown that creativity drives the purpose, growth and long-term success of many notable organizations. However, in today’s fast paced, data driven environment, fostering a culture that embraces the creative process can be hard. While many associate creativity with the arts, any organization and discipline can benefit from a strong creative process.

In this workshop you will explore:

• The nature of creativity

• How to develop your creative mindset and apply it

• Approaches to manage the process and encourage creativity in teams

• Strategies for promoting and building support for concepts

Participants will leave with a toolkit of resources to refer to and share with others.
