Emerging Leaders: Optimizing Work-Life Balance
Join the Minneapolis Regional Chamber's Emerging Leaders for a fun evening of networking and discussion on optimizing work-life balance. This has been something we've all been struggling with especially over the past 3 years. Between hybrid working, mental health/wellness, flexible scheduling, and evolving trends of employee benefits, there is plenty for us to discuss. Participants will walk away with tools to better identify stressors and how to better advocate for themselves when talking to their supervisor.
The program will start with a brief presentation from subject matter expert Dr. Karen Doll about energy management followed by Q/A, and more networking. All content is focused on developing successful leaders in the workplace. This event is for anyone to attend and is most beneficial for emerging career professionals, young professionals, and people managers of all the above. Registration includes complimentary appetizers. Drinks will be available for purchase.
