The Other Job Your Employee May Have: A mspWellness & Alzheimer's Association Information Session
Employees at your workplace may be unpaid caregivers to a loved one with Alzheimer’s or dementia which adds stress and complications to their already busy lives. Did you know that, on average, almost 60% of fulltime employees have had to leave work early because of their caregiving responsibilities? Caregiver stress is a reality for many, and employers can create environments that support their employees in these roles.
The Minneapolis Regional Chamber and the Alzheimer’s Association will host a no-cost virtual session for employers on February 27th. Join us to learn how you can best prepare, accommodate and support your staff who may be on this difficult journey, and find resources from the Alzheimer’s Association to support you and them.
