The Emerging Leaders series fosters dynamic, interactive and informative conversations designed to provide participants with insights into regional and community issues. Roundtable discussions begin with presentations from subject matter experts and community leaders followed by small group discussions.
Executive Women’s Council: Women Leading in Male-Dominated Fields
Conversations with professional, well-established female-identified subject matter experts about topics relevant to the region are at the core of this series experience. Panelists and guest speakers share their unique perspectives and reflect on their own leadership experiences with a diverse group of attendees. Educational and thought-provoking, these events cover a wide range of issues impacting our region and professionals across our greater community. The luncheons and socials that comprise this series typically attract 50-75 individuals at each event.
Hopkins Business Connections
This new series provides the business community an opportunity to connect with local city leaders, Chamber leadership and local businesses to have meaningful conversations, make new connections and stay informed about issues facing their local community. These gatherings will held on a bi-monthly basis, are open to the public and free to attend. Hopkins.

Leadership Twin Cities provides business leaders exposure to the economic, cultural, social and civic forces that shape our region. A class of for profit and nonprofit leaders spend a day each month engaging in civic and community exploration and learning.

May the Fourth and Weed It and Sweep Community Day
With over 25 years of community clean-up efforts, Weed It & Sweep is back this spring and is expanding to Bloomington! Volunteer and sign-up with your colleagues today for a two-hour time slot in Northeast Minneapolis or Bloomington. Get outside for this semi-annual one-day community clean-up event on May 6th. We will have tables set-up at the Bloomington Chamber office and a to be determined Northeast Minneapolis location with trash bags and gloves for volunteers to pick up supplies. Register today and volunteer to spend part of your day giving back to your community.
